That is why the recent lawsuit filed in Chicago is going after the prohibition on people being able to keep a sidearm to protect their children if they live in public housing. No mother or grandmother should have to live in fear not just of gangs, but of government arresting her if she keeps a firearm to keep her kids and grandkids safe.Brent Greerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12086158531639958440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2929445094873533843.post-73871801858162267852008-07-12T03:57:00.000-04:002008-07-12T03:57:00.000-04:00Mr Greer,The fine mayor has to pick the lint out o...Mr Greer,

The fine mayor has to pick the lint out of his navel to enable him to see. I believe that is where some folk think he has his head.

I think Mayor Daley, as well as the mayors of some other cities, should be charged with conspiring to violate the constitutionally protected rights of U.S. citizens. This is after all, a civil rights issue, since most firearm laws are directed to impact upon the most disadvantaged in our society.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
