The Smithsonian Museum is getting a major upgrade -- a multi-million-dollar renovation courtesy of an $80 million gift to the museum in 2000. Among those displays being overhauled:
the very flag that inspired Francis Scott Key to pen the poem that became our national anthem,
The Star Spangled Banner.
