"You must first have a 'reasonably perceived threat of immediate harm.' "What the hell does that mean? Who will define the meanings of "reasonably perceived threat," "immediate," and "harm?" Some uncaring government panel? Will this be left up to a jury to decide? How the hell will a judge give instructions to a jury when this vague and meaningless phrase is at the heart of the defense of a mom who was protecting her kids?
