I could not agree more with this columnist at TownHall.com. In fact, I wrote on the same subject in the days following the Supreme Court opinion on Heller.

Brent Greer: Columbus, Ohio, United States; Brent Greer is a long-time civil rights activist in Ohio. He is an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, and certified personal safety instructor teaching the Refuse To Be A Victim curriculum. He is a past chairman of Peoples Rights Organization (www.peoplesrights.org), Ohio's oldest statewide grassroots firearms rights organization. He has been a long-time instructor of monthly tactical self defense classes with a not-for-profit organization in Central Ohio.
