Police Can Attach GPS Without A Warrant

Incredible . . .

A state appeals court in Wisconsin has ruled that police have the right to attach a GPS unit to an automobile and secret follow anyone's movements without obtaining a court warrant.

The court, however, in its ruling also noted that the Wisconsin state lawmakers should pass legislation regulating this practice to ensure against abuse by law enforcement and private individuals.

For the full story, go here.

Just bloody incredible. . .
