Finger print scanners in police cruisers? To eliminate "identity confusion?" Are there THAT many people in the system in Winter Park, Fla.? Doesn't such an approach assume that pretty much EVERYONE has a criminal past or volunteers with children or has a job where a criminal background -- including prints -- was required.?
What about those who are not in the system? Won't police still be confused?
