Important "No Duty To Retreat/Castle Doctrine" Hearing at Ohio Statehouse Wednesday

Proponents of Ohio Senate Bill 184, legislation proposed by state Sen. Steve Buehrer, are invited to testify on behalf of the "No Duty To Retreat/Castle Doctrine" bill during a hearing on Wednesday, Dec. 5. The Ohio Senate Criminal Justice Committee will meet starting at 10 am. Testimony in favor of SB184 will be heard before the committee, which is chaired by Sen. Tim Grendell.
