Blog writer is closely following events in Omaha following the mall shooting by the mentally disturbed young man who stole a semi-automatic rifle, walked into the "gun-free" shopping center and opened fire upon holiday shoppers. First responder coverage and photos of "no guns" signs. BTW, the mall reopened today. No word yet on whether the "no guns" signs have come down. If mall management were to do so, law abiding citizens who carry concealed would be permitted to shop armed, thereby reducing the chances of a repeat of what happened this past week.
