There is a self defense case that occurred here in Columbus that I am going to look into. Something about it just doesn't smell right, though the defendant who claimed self defense with his firearm, was found innocent by the jury.

The problem I have is that the defendant followed the deceased outside, when he should have bolted the doors on his house once the intruders were out and have been done with it.
My question. Did he escalate things? The jury said no. But . . .
