Ohio AG Dann Says Reporters May Not 'Copy' CHL Personal Data

Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann issued an opinion Tuesday clarifying that Ohio journalists cannot photocopy, photograph, dictate, or otherwise jot down personal information on Ohio Concealed Handgun License holders when requesting such data at county sheriff offices.
