Killings Increase In DC Despite Handgun Ban

How can murders have increased? All the assailants used knives? Handguns are banned in the District of Columbia, right?

In a related matter, officials in DC will file briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court no later than Friday of this week arguing why the long-time ban on handgun possession should not be overturned.
