Lawmakers in New York had better start licensing baseball bats as well then, if they really want to make "a difference." I once saw a stat that illustrated how more people are injured by baseball bat violence than muzzle-loading firearms. I need to dig out that info.

Hope you are able to find that statistic Brent and post it here. The idea that my muzzleloader will be subject to the same regulations as smokeless powder fired guns seems pointless.
