Actually at one point he actually utters, "Holy Fourth Amendment!"
Still, I want to believe that all of his "holys" are a manifestation of his frustration in the 1960s with the DOJ amicus brief he knew would be filed in 2008 regarding the Heller appeal to the Supremes. Yeah . . . um . . . that's it!
