Clean Sweeps for Obama, McCain in Potomac Primary

Sen. Barack Obama beat Sen. Hillary Clinton handily in three states last night, becoming the democrat presidential candidate with the momentum.

Sen. John McCain handily beat back the continuing challenge from former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.

Next Tuesday -- primary elections in Hawaii and Wisconsin.

Then on to Texas and Ohio for a big March 4 primary, where politicos are suggesting that Clinton must have a strong showing. She already has questions coming into her from donors, wondering if they are backing the winner. Another campaign committee change occurred yesterday, on the heels of her campaign manager being replaced, her deputy campaign manager stepped down.

Potomac Primary

Updated: Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, 11:31 am -- Is Hillary playing the race card?

Barack Obama may do well in what is dubbed "The Potomac Primary," Tuesday's elections in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.

Mike Huckabee describes stepping out of primary to unify GOP as total nonsense.

Perhaps her secret weapon is her daughter, Chelsea Clinton.

MEANWHILE . . . NYC's "Mayor Mike" weighs his options.
