Attention Ohio Realtors: CCW Instructors Understand Your Particular Needs

Some of you know I am a commercial/investment real estate agent in Ohio. Realtors have some of the highest rates as victims because of the work we do -- often meeting strangers to show them properties, sometimes at odd hours. I am an NRA certified firearms instructor and teach with a Central Ohio not-for-profit organization called PRO-Training. I understand the particular issues real estate agents face as they consider carrying a concealed firearm for their protection. If you have questions on this, please do not hesitate to contact me. Also, a colleague of mine, Linda Walker, also is a real estate agent in Ohio and teaches these same types of classes.

I am an officer with Peoples Rights Organization in Ohio. Linda is a leader with Buckeye Firearms Association. Some think our two organizations compete. In truth, we work together on a number of self defense rights advocacy issues in the Ohio General Assembly and around the state. Most importantly, organizations aside, both Linda and I clearly understand the safety issues facing real estate agents. If we can be of assistance with any questions regarding rights and reponsibilities under Ohio's Concealed Handgun License (CHL) law, please contact us.
