The Ready Line is an online journal that focuses on the American "arms war." We provide commentary and facilitate thoughtful and intellectually honest discussions about America's most cherished -- and attacked -- civil liberty. We discuss firearms facts and examine what's happening in the U.S. and around the world. And there is humor. At its heart, The Ready Line is about the basic human right of self defense.

- Brent Greer is a long-time civil rights activist in Ohio. A former newspaper reporter, editor, columnist and PR practitioner, Mr. Greer is a frequent public speaker regarding the 2nd Amendent and is often asked to share his opinion in interviews with regional and national news organizations covering firearms-related news and legislative initiatives. He has been asked by lawmakers numerous times to testify before the Ohio General Assembly, Columbus City Council, and other elected bodies regarding proposed laws to affect crime. He is an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, and certified personal safety instructor teaching the Refuse To Be A Victim curriculum. He is a past chairman of Peoples Rights Organization (www.peoplesrights.org), Ohio's oldest statewide grassroots firearms rights organization. He has been a long-time instructor of monthly tactical self defense classes with a not-for-profit organization in Central Ohio.

A- It is very much a spoof site. Peek in from time to time. Whoever is writing it is very good.
I write what I write without benefit of bucketfuls of cash -- or any cash for that matter -- from anyone.
Still, that wheelbarrow would be helpful . . . gasoline here just hit $3.29 a gallon.
