An idiot races a car around ballfields endangering school kids in Carver, Mass.
And no background checks to use this gun . . . I mean car, so recklessly . . . nothing. At least they caught the nutjob. He's facing 11 charges.
Perhaps the parents should be charged with negligence for letting the 17-year-old have access to their gun . . . er, I mean car.
The parents say they are looking for psych help for the teenage scamp.
