Open Carry?

The newest wave in Open Carry perhaps?

Introducing, the "neck chain holster." It's real folks. Here is text from the announcement by Stellar Rigs:

"Our Kel-Tec neck chain concealment rigs were developed originally forLEOs to carry the back up gun under their vests. Over time a number of“civilian requests” had us make a vertical version for betterconcealment. Now comes the “Extreme Duty” evolution. The most popularquestion by phone or email is “how well does it hold?” Our standardanswer is “fine for cruising around in you car or walking but not wellenough to jump out of helicopters or off fences - is that what you wantto do?” The answer is usually no - but just in case."
Sweet, to an extent. With the number of people who shoot themselves withdrawing their sidearm from the holster, the direction in which this is pointed is, at the least, unnerving.
