Plan To Kill The New G.I. Bill?

Is there a plan to kill the new G.I. Bill? With a war on and so much consternation about the welfare of our men and women in harm's way, how could someone try to do this.

If if Congress is more interested in creating campaign commercials than taking care of military veterans . . . I am not amused.
