America's Most Wanted Paints Painted Guns As Detriment To Kids (Even Though LEOs Are Biggest Buyers)

A CNN discussion about the trend toward painted guns. Interestingly, the biggest buyers of these are police officers and women, who (forgive me if this sounds sexist) think guns painted in pink and other offbeat colors are kind of cool.

"These guns in the wrong hands on the street are going to cause lives to be taken."

That's the comment from the AMW reporter, who quotes thug mentality, hunting and "illegal guns" (I guess guess that's the politically incorrect phrase for "undocumented sidearms"), but never talks of possessing firearms for the most basic of human rights -- self defense.

To lump women and police officers with "thugs on the street" is rather disturbing.
