Space Guns

No, not the stuff of Star Trek (at least, not yet), and not the exotic contraptions one sometimes sees at Camp Perry.

No, this story is about the very real handgun that travels with cosmonauts when the Russian Soyuz craft travels up and back (sometimes staffed with U.S. astronauts) from the International Space Station. One former NASA engineer thinks it is a mistake for our astronauts to have potential access to that firearm, or for it to even be present on any of these space craft.
