Columnist: 'College Gun-Free Zones Offer Up Children As Targets

Syndicated columnist and radio host Phil Valentine writes in The Tennessean newspaper that college "gun-free" zones are offering up our children as targets.

"There are myriad articles and books psycho-analyzing the shooters. They blame everything from video games to movies to bullies. Trying to get under the hood of these deranged people is all well and good, but it's not going to stop the next killing. Someone with a gun will. The facts are irrefutable. Soft targets, where guns are banned and the ban is openly advertised, are danger zones."
