DC Filed Its 'Reply Brief' To Heller

The District of Columbia is filing its Reply Brief in the Supreme Court today in DC v. Heller, and it’s now available for download here.

Several comments from people who have viewed the brief can be found at SCOTUSBLOG.

Also, a number of people, myself included, are interpreting the brief as saying the District thinks the U.S. Solicitor general is pro-gun, when in fact he filed an amicus brief that puts the federal government in the handgun ban camp. Anyone else think that's strange?
