The anti-gun celeb has probably now lost her 2A rights -- under California law -- after being committed again for medical and mental observation.
Oh, and BTW, did you know that while the troubled singer thinks firearms are vile, a paparazzi photog trying to get a pic of one of her baby showers was shot by security with a BB gun? Of course, some people are suggesting that wouldn't necessarily be the worst thing in the world . . .
