'The Human Right of Self Defense'

Dave Kopel of the Independence Institute, along with Paul Gallant and Joanne Eisen, have had their latest piece published in the Brigham Young University Journal of Public Law. Entitled, "The Human Right of Self Defense," this well written, scholarly piece examines whether the right to self defense is, indeed, a human right, and whether governments are guilty of human rights violations if they do not enact strict gun control laws.

A very, very good read.
