The Ohio Senate Committee on the Judiciary - Criminal will not be meeting this week.
However, "No Duty To Retreat/Castle Doctrine" legislation authored by state Rep. Lynn Wachtmann will be heard Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008, by the Ohio House of Representatives Criminal Justice Committee.
The hearing is scheduled to start at 9:30 am. To read the bill youself, click here. This bill is the House version of similar legislation that has received several hearings in the Ohio Senate committee noted above.
