Are they serious? A 60-year-old Viet Nam veteran was arrested for pointing his finger like a gun, and "scaring" people in his Illinois village.
He has been charged with disorderly conduct.
I hope when the judge gets ahold of this they throw the book at the people who are making the accusations.
