The same week that a retired gentleman is arrested for defending his home -- after waiting for police for two hours -- the British government has decided to relax its ridiculous rules and allow its nation's shooting teams to prepare for the 2012 London Olympics.
The change in the law will also help competitors from many other nations who would prefer NOT to be jailed for competing in an Olympic sport.
