In Yakima, Wash., new banners erected to promote the city are creating a storm of controversy in Washington and around the nation. Apparently, the artist's contemporary vision of sun rays have some viewers seeing . . . rifles! Said one person, ". . . and even if you do see a rifle, why are you offended by a rifle?"
