The centerpiece of a planned 70-city event by the Brady Campaign (formerly Handgun Control Inc.) and ProtestEasyGuns.com has been thrown into disarray as the administration at Virginia Tech has announced it will not allow the national gun control group to hold a campus demonstration on August 16 while the school commemorates the massacre of one year ago.
